Pro’s over CCC
Having played 8 times on the Ryder Cup, I do know the tremendous pressure that the CCC players have to deal with. I feel honored and privileged that I was asked do the 125th CCC opening speech.
I have so many fond memories of the CCC! And after my spinal fusion surgery the CCC guys were unequivocally important for my successful return to the PGA Tour and my Masters win in 2019.
Ik ken die CCC jongens goed natuurlijk. Die ‘pauze’ die ik in 2022 heb ingelast was uiteraard een smoes om eindelijk de CCC uitnodiging in te kunnen vullen. Die Europese Tour ranking komt wel weer goed.
The Cumper Castle Cup players and I share the same passion for the game. The PGA tour kept me too busy. So I switched to the LIV tour, so I can honour my CCC invitation.
Back in 2005 I was lucky to receive an invitation for the Cumper Castle Cup in Ireland. I knew then and I know now that the quality of this private tournament is unprecedented.
